WIth this project, ICU wants to improve the profitability of agriculture in the Democratic Republic of Congo, particularly in the horticulture sector, through supporting the “Centre de Production de Semences (ceprosem)” of Mont Ngafula (Kinshasa).
The Centre is therefore able to provide certified vegetable seeds and technical assistance directly to local farmers and indirectly to farmers in the rest of the country through national and international organizations working in the agricultural sector to which will be provided quality vegetable seeds that can be redistributed to final beneficiaries through this channel.
