NARIMEN AGRI: The entrepreneurial dream comes true

At 28, Narimen M., a young agronomist engineer from Sidi Bouzid, illustrates the power of perseverance and hard work.

Having graduated in 2022, Narimen began her career as a commercial engineer in the private sector, specializing in the sale of seeds and agricultural plant protection products. This first experience was decisive for her, fueling her long-standing ambition: to create her own technical-commercial agency.

Narimen’s life took a decisive turn when he joined the CROLET project – Creating job opportunities and supporting local development in the governorates of Sidi Bouzid and Kébili – a project in consortium with GVC in Tunisia. This project aims to help young people in the region develop sustainable businesses.

In this context, Narimen benefits from:

  • Technical and managerial training to improve her skills.
  • Personalized coaching path, supported step by step to transform her entrepreneurial project into reality.

Thanks to her dedication and the opportunities offered by the project, Narimen was able to make her dream come true. She founded her own agency, NARIMEN AGRI, specialized in the sale of agricultural equipment, seeds and plant protection products.

With her agency, Narimen today plays a key role in the agricultural development of the regions of Sbeïtla (Kasserine governorate) and Cebalet Ouled Asker (Sidi Bouzid governorate). Her offer goes beyond the simple supply of products:

  • She offers technical consultancy services to support local farmers;
  • She helps improve agricultural productivity by supporting sustainable practices.

Thanks to the CROLET project and the solid support of my parents, I was able to make my dream come true” says Narimen with emotion.

In less than a year, Narimen went from employee to successful entrepreneur. She saw her income increase significantly, reflecting the success of her business and the impact of her work in the region. Her journey, marked by resilience and ambition, is today a source of inspiration for many young people seeking success in rural regions of Tunisia.

Narimen M. proves that with a clear vision, the right support and tenacious determination, it is possible to overcome obstacles and build a bright future.
