A farmer’s olive harvest
Objectives:
1 – Support to individual producers to increase production and improve quality;
2 – Strengthening and stimulation of the planning and management for existing cooperatives and producers through training and technical assistance;
3 – Promotion of products and by-products in the olive industry ensuring their commercialization.
Activities:
- technical assistance and field demonstrations;
- practical training sessions regarding good agricultural practices, using the tools provided by the project;
- missions of experts;
- attending events dedicated to the promotion of olive oil;
- training courses on management issues, extension and analysis techniques.
